Home Share Program is an alternative way of meeting household needs, with numerous benefits to renters and homeowners alike. People share their homes for different reasons, which include: personal safety, help with chores or to offset the rising cost. Renters may be graduate students, newly divorced persons, professionals recently moved or to who in need of low cost housing. In order to protect their clients they perform complete background checks on everyone who registers with their program.

Marin Housing

The Housing Authority of the County of Marin, “Marin Housing” is a public corporation authorized to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low and moderate income people. They are empowered to undertake all activities necessary to accomplish this public purpose, including acquiring property, developing housing, issuing tax-exempt bonds, entering into mortgages, trust indentures, leases, condemning property, borrowing money, accepting grants, and managing property.
